"It was okay while starting the policy, by the next month I realized I wasn’t being charged the full amount for my policy, I reached out to have someone check and never received a response, i continued to submit the full amount payment. I checked again and my policy was completely gone. 0 communication, terrible customer service and experience"

"I was looking to switch Car Insurance to save money, and Johann Castillo from State Farm reached out to me and quoted me that exact same day within minutes! He has been very patient with me due to me not having time to get back with him because of work, but he never gave up and is very clear on everything u ask about the insurance.
